The Man-dōjō is a living mirror to sharpen your being.
A pulsing space of practice where breath meets initiation, shadow work meets brotherhood, and training with yourself becomes the path to what is essential.
This is not a course of concepts or formulas.
It is a 3-month rite of passage, a journey designed for men ready to embody depth, presence, and clarity.
Through the 5 elements — 🜂 Fire, 🜄 Water, 🜁 Air, 🜃 Earth, and ⏣ Space — you will balance your center, hold your energy, and learn to lead from your root, not from reactivity.
The Man-dōjō is where men remember, challenge, and fortify themselves.
Because true transformation does not happen in isolation, but in connection: with yourself, with your brothers, and with life.
HOw It Works
A living circle of men
Every Tuesday, we gather online via Zoom - a circle of up to 14 men walking this path tog
Embodied practice
We move through breathwork, movement, meditation, liminal practice, and reflection, training your capacity to hold energy, face your shadow, and live life as a sacred offering.
The 4–1–4 Protocol
A simple but powerful structure that strengthens body, mind, and spirit — deepening your connection with nature and your own practice.
Brotherhood and accountability
You won’t do this alone. You’ll have an accountability brother and a private group to share progress, challenges, and insights.
What you’ll experience
Greater clarity of purpose. Stronger confidence. A direct connection to your authentic essence.
You’ll build lasting brotherhood, expand your capacity to hold masculine and feminine polarity, and learn to lead with integrity, presence, and center.

Structure of the program

Sessions: Tuesday, 6 PM PT (120 minutes)

MODULES
MODULE 1
Cleaning the Vessels
In this first month, you will learn what embodiment truly is and how to integrate it into your daily life. You will begin to bring masculine depth through the body, recognizing the patterns that have limited your embodied potential until now. Cleaning the vessels means preparing your body and presence to receive and hold everything that will unfold on this journey.

MODULE 2
meeting the shadow
Here we meet what has been avoided: the voice that says you are not enough, the wounds that shape your reactions, and the stories that keep you confined.
You will learn to liberate the power stored within the shadow, working not from avoidance but from conscious responsibility. Because the body remembers.
Transformation must be embodied, the nervous system must release and reorganize energy for real change to occur. In this module, you will transmute what once held you back into clarity and choice, navigating life with conviction and steadiness.

Module 3
Making Your Life a Sacred Offering
Here, embodiment becomes how you live. Every action, every relationship, every decision becomes a direct expression of your Essential Masculine. Your heart aligns with your purpose. Your life becomes service. You embody the future version of you that has been calling your name.
This final month synthesizes everything into a living guidance system. Your devotional compass for the path ahead.
