Every man carries an invisible story.
A story of expectations.
Of pressure. Of silence.
From an early age, many of us are taught to perform before we are taught to feel.
To be strong before we learn to be honest.
To provide before we know how to receive.
To solve everyone else's problems while quietly carrying our own.
Many men build successful lives, yet inside,
They often feel disconnected.
Disconnected from their bodies.
From their emotions, purpose, and meaningful relationships.
They often live disconnected from other men.
Most don't need another motivational speech, another podcast, or another book.
They need a place where they can practice.
A place where they can tell the truth.
Reconnect with themselves.
And remember, they don't have to walk alone.
I know this because I was one of them.
My Story
Years ago, my life looked successful from the outside.
I worked as a private chef in luxury villas in Ibiza.
I had stability.
A respected career. A good income.
Everything many people would call success.
Yet something inside me felt profoundly empty.
I realized I had spent years building a life that looked good...
but didn't truly belong to me.
That realization changed everything.
I left the path I knew and began searching for something deeper.
Over the following years,
I immersed myself in embodiment, breathwork, shadow work, meditation, men's psychology, rites of passage and nervous system regulation.
This work transformed not only how I thought... but how I lived.
Today I facilitate men's circles and transformational experiences in Mexico, while serving as a Pod Leader within Embodied Masculine.
But somewhere along that journey, one realization became impossible to ignore.
The Problem
Most of the highest-quality embodied men's work available today exists almost entirely in English.
For millions of Spanish-speaking men... it simply doesn't exist.
Not because they don't want to grow.
Not because they aren't ready, but because language remains one of the greatest barriers to transformation.
I could have continued building my work in English.
It would have reached a much larger audience.
It probably would have been more profitable.
Instead, I made a different choice.
I chose to dedicate my work to Latin America.
Because I don't believe transformation should depend on the language you speak.
Most Men's Work
Why Latin America?
Latin America is filled with extraordinary people.
Strong families. Deep traditions. Resilient communities.
And remarkable men.
Men who love deeply. Who work tirelessly.
Who carry enormous responsibility.
But many also carry inherited generations of emotional silence.
Many never had someone who showed them how to regulate anger.
How to express grief. How to build intimacy. How to ask for help.
How to trust other men.
The consequences reach far beyond the individual.
They shape relationships.
Families. Children. Communities.
Because when one man changes...
The lives around him change too.
Transformation should never depend on the language you speak.
Men don't need more information.
They need a place to practice.
Why MAN·DŌJŌ?
MAN·DŌJŌ was born from one simple belief.
Men don't need more information.They need a place to practice.
A place where they can reconnect with themselves.
Develop emotional maturity.
Strengthen their nervous system.
Lead with integrity. And become men they can trust.
This is not therapy.
This is not an "alpha male" movement.
This is not about becoming harder.
It is about becoming more deeply human.
The First Step: MAN·DŌJŌ 15
MAN·DŌJŌ 15 is the first step toward a much larger vision.
A professionally produced Spanish-language training program combining:

Not as theory. But as a daily practice.

This campaign is not simply about recording a course.
And itis not simply about building MAN·DŌJŌ.
It is about creating something that barely exists today.
A long-term home for embodied men's work in Spanish.
A place where men across Latin America can access high-quality education regardless of where they live.
A place that continues growing for years to come.
My vision is to build:

• Facilitator trainings.
• Scholarships.
• Free educational resources.
• Retreats.
• A thriving community committed to conscious masculinity and embodied leadership.
